The Replicant GEN 1 design files, including the airframe and the male
battery rail and mount that form part of the airframe, are released under
the CERN Open Hardware Licence v2 — Weakly Reciprocal (CERN-OHL-W-2.0).
Commercial use is permitted under that licence.

If you modify the licensed design files and then distribute those modified
files or ship products based on your modified licensed design, you must
make the corresponding modified design source for the licensed portions
available under CERN-OHL-W-2.0, and keep the required copyright/licensing
notices.

PROPRIETARY — NOT PART OF THE OPEN RELEASE
========================================================================

The female rail interface and connector, the rail power and data
interface, and the rail-mounted battery pack are not part of the open
release. These, including the pack's cell configuration, wiring,
electrical design, enclosure CAD, weld maps, cell sourcing documentation,
the power management board (circuit design, board layout and firmware),
and any file marked "Proprietary", remain proprietary to Yirra Systems.

The female rail interface and rail power and data interface are the
subject of pending patent applications. No licence under those rights,
express or implied, is granted by the publication of the airframe files.

The supplemental hardcase LiPo bracket is a separate product and is not
withdrawn by this notice.
