One agreement, published tiers, partner battery pricing, and a Good Standing Certificate you can show procurement or customs. Three tiers covering up to 2,000 units / yr. Above that, use Yirra Enterprise (MCLA).

Why this door exists​

CERN-OHL-W-2.0 is free, but it comes with four standing promises and a full publish-your-changes requirement every time you distribute. That's fine for makers and research — the Free door is for you.

If you're selling Replicants, the Partner door is the cheaper path once you count:

  • Partner battery pricing — save $54 / $80 / $104 per unit vs the $229 non-partner price
  • No publish-your-changes obligation on your proprietary firmware or customisations
  • Listed on yirrasystems.com with the Yirra Partner badge
  • Design-file updates as we ship new revisions

And, unlike the v1.0 framing, there is no retroactive "non-compliance licence". CERN breach is a copyright problem with a 30-day cure, not a sudden invoice. See the three doors comparison.

Unit cap: 2,000 units / yr (Scale ceiling). Above that, use Enterprise.

How payment works​

  1. Click Buy on yirrasystems.com on the tier above — you're taken to the live Stripe-backed product page.
  2. Complete checkout with a card or invoice (AUD, ex-GST).
  3. We email the Partner Agreement for e-signature within 1 business day.
  4. On countersignature your Good Standing Certificate and partner dashboard access land in your inbox.
  5. Report unit counts within 14 days of each quarter-end. Pay royalties within 14 days of the report.

Annual fee renews automatically unless cancelled 30 days before anniversary.
