Rail-Mounted Battery System

No more velcro straps. Our rail-mounted system enables rapid, repeatable battery swaps with consistent CG positioning. The underslung mass dampens vibrations and improves flight characteristics.

The male rail and mount on the airframe are open under CERN-OHL-W-2.0. The female rail interface and battery pack are proprietary (patent pending).

Supplemental bracket for a standard 6S LiPo

The female rail interface and battery pack are proprietary (patent pending) — we do not publish female-rail geometry, enclosure CAD, weld maps, or cell sourcing docs. The male rail on the airframe is open. That keeps safety liability and field performance where they belong: on a pack we control end-to-end.

If you would rather run a conventional hardcase LiPo on the same rail, use the supplemental bracket: it adapts standard packs to the Replicant rail interface. Grab a printable STL for your own printer farm, or buy a printed bracket from the store — no obligation to buy our battery.
